Zaroori Notice: TrustVote use karne se pehle yeh Terms of Service dhyan se parhen. Platform ka use karna in terms ko accept karna samjha jayega.

Yeh Terms of Service ("Terms") TrustVote aur aapke darmiyan ek legal agreement hai. Yeh define karta hai ke aap hamare platform ko kaise use kar sakte hain aur kya nahi kar sakte.

1. Account Eligibility

TrustVote use karne ke liye aapko yeh conditions puri karni hongi:

Aapki umar 18 saal ya us se zyada honi chahiye.
Aap accurate aur sahi information provide karen signup ke waqt.
Aap ek hi account rakhein — multiple accounts allowed nahi hain.
Aapka account non-transferable hai — kisi aur ko nahi de sakte.
Aap apne account credentials secure rakhein — sharing prohibited hai.

Apne plan ke mutabiq public ya private polls, surveys create kar sakte hain aur results analyze karna.

Customer feedback forms banao aur reviews collect karo apne business ke liye.

Elections Mein Vote Karna

National Elections mein legally aur democratically participate karna.

Share & Promote

QR codes generate karke social media per share karna aur participation increase karna.

Branding & Customization

Custom colors, logos, aur banners add karke apne brand ko reflect karna.

Plan Upgrade Karna

Free se Premium tak upgrade karke zyada features, credits, aur unlimited access paao.

3. Prohibited Activities

Yeh kaam karna qatai mana hai — violation par account permanently ban ho jayega:

Vote Fraud

Multiple accounts se ya doosron ke naam par vote karna bilkul haram hai.

Fake Information

Galat naam, email ya identity se account banana allowed nahi.

Hacking / Abuse

Platform hack karna, SQL injection, ya kisi bhi security exploit try karna.

Hateful Content

Polls ya surveys mein ghalt, inappropriate, ya nargis content daalna.

Bot / Automation

Automated scripts ya bots se votes cast karna ya platform spam karna.

License Abuse

License keys share karna, resell karna, ya duplicate use karna prohibited hai.

4. Pricing, Credits & Plans

Plan Types: Free (limited), Standard (moderate), Premium (unlimited) — details pricing page par dekhein.
Credit System: Har account ko credits milte hain polls/surveys/feedback forms banana ke liye. Free users ko monthly 30 credits milte hain.
Premium Benefits: Unlimited polls, surveys, feedback forms, custom branding, priority support, aur advanced analytics.
Non-Refundable: Paid plans ek baar activate hone ke baad refundable nahi hain jab tak technical issue prove na ho.
License Keys: License keys single-use hain aur ek dafa use hone ke baad invalidate ho jaati hain.
Gift Redemption: Redeem page se gift codes aur vouchers use karke credits add kar sakte hain.
Price Changes: TrustVote kabhi bhi plans ya pricing change karne ka right rakhta hai — existing users ko notice diya jayega.

5. Account Deletion & Data Handling

Aap apna account bhi delete kar sakte hain — yeh kaise kaam karta hai:

Soft Delete: Account delete karte waqt, aapka account immediately deactivate aur block ho jata hai.
10-Day Recovery Period: Aap 10 din ke andar contact karke restore kara sakte hain — koi charge nahi.
Permanent Deletion: 10 din baad, sara data permanently delete ho jata hai — koi recovery nahi.
Your Content: Aapke polls, surveys, feedback — bhi delete ho jayenge. Jo participants ne votes already kiye, woh data bhi clear ho jayega.
No Backup: Deletion ke baad humara koi backup data nahi rakha jata — sab permanently gone.

Zaroori: Deletion permanent hai 10 din baad. Us se pehle restore karna na bhule!

6. Account Termination

Hum aapka account in circumstances mein suspend ya permanently ban kar sakte hain:

In Terms of Service ki kisi bhi violation par.
Platform abuse, vote manipulation, ya fraud prove hone par.
Law enforcement ya court order aane par.
Lambe arsa se inactive account (6+ months) — with prior notice.

Termination se pehle email notification di jayegi siway ke aap serious violation karo.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

TrustVote ek educational aur civic engagement platform hai. Hum maximum uptime aur security ensure karte hain, lekin kisi bhi technical failure, data loss, ya service interruption ke liye hum liable nahi hain. Platform "as is" provide kiya jata hai bina kisi guarantee ke.

Election results jo is platform per show hote hain woh sirf TrustVote ke liye hain — yeh kisi government ya official election commission ki taraf se authorized nahi hain.

8. Terms Mein Changes

Hum yeh Terms kabhi bhi update kar sakte hain. Major changes hone par aapko email ya in-app notification ke zariye bataya jayega. Agar aap updated terms se agree nahi karte, please apna account delete karden aur platform use karna band kar dein.
